This is a warning to customers going to pisanos on certain days when there is a cover for bands and also a message to Pisano’s management if they read these reviews to see how their customers are treated. I’ve also included a screenshot of Pisanos ad for the date of this incident. This occurred on 6/8/24 We had 6 people in our group. 2 people in one car and 4 people in another car. We arrived at 4:30 to eat and have some drinks. Upon pulling into the driveway we were stopped by what looked like a high school age kid. This person said it’s $20 to get in. I informed him that we are here early to eat and have some drinks and not to see the band. Again he said it’s $20 dollars to get in. I told him the band doesn’t start until 7:00 and it’s clearly stated in pisanos ad that the cover charge starts at 5:00. He proceeded to roll his eyes and tell me the cover charge starts at 4:00. I told him I can show him the ad that says cover starts at 5:00 and he said he’s not arguing with me it’s $20 to get in. I paid the $20 to get in and the other car that was with our group also paid $20 to get in at 4:30. I didn’t want our groups time ruined because of some unconcerned arrogant kid. As a 50 year old man it does not feel good to be talked down to and have a high school aged kid roll his eyes at you and give the impression that what you’re saying means absolutely nothing. I’m not a cheap person and I’ve gone to pisanos to see bands before and when I went I knew there would be a cover charge and I had no problem paying the cover charge but to have to pay a cover charge well before the band starts and before the cover is stated to start in pisanos ad seems shady or greedy. Shady because maybe the high school parking attendant starts the cover charge early on his own without management’s knowledge and pockets the money and If that’s not the case then it’s greedy for pisanos to charge cover so early for people that want to eat and have drinks early in the day before the band. In our case our group of 6 people had to pay $40 just to get in and we spent about $200 in food, drinks, and bottles of wine. This experience left a bad...
Read moreLove the location. Very chill and very laid back. Trent helped us during this visit. I'm not a local. I flew in from cali and this was my first time at this bar. I really appreciated that he went out of his way to make us feel like we belonged here. Mark, the owner, very cool guy as well. I hope you know you have an awesome member of your crew. Trent told me he was going to be the new cook. I'm happy for him. But at the same time, he really should be talking with the...
Read moreMy friends and I attended a wreath making event here this afternoon, not only was the facility absolutely breathtaking with rustic charm but Mark and his wife Allison (not sure of spelling) were the most down to earth people I've ever met! We talked about our families, pets and life and I personally felt like I had know them both for years! I can't wait to go back! Also, the wines are phenomenal! I purchased the peach as a gift and the marion berry! Perfection- go pay...
