So good we went twice in one week! If you are anywhere near Bailey, Colorado you MUST stop and try this ice cream. Family run by the cutest and absolute sweetest parents with their kids. The ice cream is sooooo good and reasonably priced. They change up the recipes weekly. First day I got birthday cake and I was hooked. I could taste the real cake chunks in it! Second day we all tried the pumpkin spice that had real pumpkin in it. I can not recommend them enough. Stop by and if you don’t leave a tip for the kiddos in roller skates then you’re a criminal.

Stopped by this little gem after visiting a local winery and couldn’t be happier! This spot is family-operated which makes it even more special and the ice cream is absolutely delicious. We tried some unique and fun flavors mint cookie dough (yes, you heard that right!) white chocolate raspberry and birthday cake topped with their homemade caramel. Each one was creamy flavorful and had that homemade touch you just cant beat. Definitely worth a visit! 🍦

My fiancé and I just moved to Bailey and thought the perfect time to try this adorable ice cream truck would be when we had family in town and lemme tell ya, it was a smash for all 6 of us. The pumpkin pie spice they just released is my absolute favorite & made with real pumpkin. The owner & their girls are incredibly sweet which just adds to the whole experience. Thank you guys for being so awesome & making such delicious ice cream!!🖤🖤🖤

Stopped by while camping near-by after seeing their "Old Fashioned Ice Cream" sign on our way in and let me just say it's the cutest little spot for ice cream. It's a family run ice cream spot and absolutely worth a stop. They've got an old engine they use to mechanically run the ice cream machine and use ice/salt to freeze it. So it's truly old fashioned rather than just a gimmick (which was my initial assumption).

My wife LOVED the butterscotch cookie dough flavor and I enjoyed their mint cookie. I was also pleasantly surprised that their cookie dough was in all the flavors was gluten free (not a requirement for me but nice to see) and their appeared to be something for everyone!

Sounds like they're only open on the weekends this summer (we stopped by on a Saturday afternoon), so keep that in mind if you plan to stop by.

Looking forward to returning next time we're camping...

5 stars across the board! This place is such a gem. The ice cream is SO good. The owners actually make the caramel, fudge, dough pieces, etc you get the idea. Everything is homemade and it’s all been great. They are also the kindest people you could meet. Love getting to stop by on the weekends and seeing what different flavors we get to try next. Personal favs have been the birthday cake (offered every other weekend) and mint cookie. The machine itself is insane! It’s a massive old antique ice cream maker, very cool. Thus the “old fashioned” on their sign. You’ve just got to stop by and give this place a try, you...

Our whole extended family of 11 visited Churn of the Century while vacationing in Bailey, and we absolutely loved it! From the 3-year-old to the teenagers, adults, and grandparents—everyone found a favorite. My son declared it the best ice cream he’s ever had. We especially loved the mint cookies and cream, the strawberry shortcake was a big hit, and the pineapple dairy-free option was delicious too. It’s old-fashioned ice cream, so the texture is a little different—in the best way. It felt like a special treat for all of us. Highly recommend if you’re...
