Subway — Restaurant in Bainbridge

I’m becoming more and more disgusted with the people that work at subway. The place appears clean from a glance and the staff seem friendly, but I wish subway franchise would make it mandatory for staff to wear some sort of facial (mouth and nose) covering my best example would be a mask. The employees at this location will literally talk all over your sandwich. I just witnessed 3 employees making sandwiches and literally having full conversations with each other with no facial coverings. Just talking all over every ingredient being placed on each person sandwich. It just grossed me out! Please subway require that your workers wear facial covering while making food at the least. I definitely wouldn’t give anything over 1 star.

The same way I can make a post complaining I can make a post to talk about the good. Today is 5/14/24 and I just wanted to come back and say this has become the best subway here in town. I guess upper admin heard our disapproval and decided to do something about it. Brandy has stepped in and turned this establishment around. From the appearance to the customer service it is A-1. There is cohesiveness across the board. The workers all wear matching shirts. No more house bonnets and pajamas at work. The food appearance is more appealing on the eyes. Thank you so much upper management for sending Brandy our way and saving this establishment. I eat there quite often now. Great...

I was just at this Subway which happens to be part of a truck stop by the way, and ordered my food. It came to 17 dollars and some change. All I had was exactly 16 dollars and a 100 dollar bill. They gonna tell me that they can't cash a 100 dollar bill inside a truck stop. Told me to go over to the store part and try to get it cashed like that's my job. So I go over to the store side and they, A TRUCK STOP, could nor cash a 100 dollar bill. So I didn't get a sandwich at all. I'm a nurse that was headed to yet another 16 hour shift and couldn't get a turkey sandwich. And on top of that was made to feel like I didn't have money. AT A TRUCK STOP....

Placed an online order to be ready at 4. Walked in and nobody is behind the counter. In the back of the store you can hear two young girls running their mouths. Hollered out for them after me and another customer waited more than 15 minutes. One girl came out and told me she would be back in a minute. At 4:31 a third customer walked around to the side of the gas station and started hollering at them at a window. Finally they came to the front and I told them I had an order for 4 o’clock. They said someone had “pulled the ticket” but never made it. It’s 4:38 now and they are just now making it and the other two...
