I recently visited the Subway location where an employee named Bryson G made my experience very unpleasant. While placing my family’s sandwich order, my dad and brother sent me a voicemail with their requests so I could order correctly. There was nothing wrong with that — it was simply an easier way for them to communicate their order to me.
However, Bryson decided to comment on how my family communicated their order, calling it “lazy” and making jokes about it. His tone and attitude were rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was shocked that an employee would make negative remarks about a customer’s family like that, especially when we were being polite and just trying to order our food.
On top of that, the order wasn’t even made correctly — we specifically asked for jalapeños on one of the sandwiches, and they were completely left off.
This entire experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management looks into this issue and ensures that both respect and attention to detail are prioritized...

When I arrived, I parked and called to let them know I was here. After a few calls of being put on hold and hung up on without anyone answering I went inside to get the order thinking it's busy only to find not one customer in the place. The girl behind the counter was standing there staring at her phone the whole time, and the other guy working there had his headphones on and was rocking out. The hot sandwiches I ordered were cold so I gave them back to them and walked out. When I sent a complaint to subway, corporate did not respond and the franchise owner just sent me a generic non-responsive email and never contacted me again. She even started giggling when confronted about her bad service. People like this obviously make us consumers want to stay away from these locations. I will definitely not return and will advise friends and family to stay away as well.
