We were quartered nearby as a result of the hurricane and this became my go-to place. Cheeseburgers... chicken fried steak... chili dogs...po'boys... malts... even their grilled shrimp was off the hook. And the prices are unbelievably reasonable.
I got to know a few of the customers who confessed they came there every day. I get why. As far as I am concerned the plate lunch was the way to go but everything I put in my mouth was excellent.
