However, there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of the food itself. For example, the Spaghetti with Shrimp didn’t meet expectations. The dish felt unbalanced, with only one shrimp and the chicken cut into the food didn’t taste too great. I’d recommend refining this dish to ensure that both the shrimp and chicken are cooked well and proportionate to the pasta. Maybe focus on fewer recipes but make them stand out more. Specializing in a select few dishes that are perfected will likely resonate better with your customers. In terms of overall cuisine, I’d suggest taking the time to fine-tune your recipes. Sit down, test, and improve them until they are consistently outstanding. It’s important not to overwhelm your kitchen and your customers with too many menu items. Instead, focus on perfecting a niche and allowing that to become your signature. Also, your signage could be improved to better highlight your offerings. Clear, attractive signs can draw in more customers and help them navigate your menu easily. I am East African and I love trying out African foods from all over. This place has potential because the food is flavorful. But the service needs to improve immediately. The waiting time is too long ( I was the only one on site, and may three or four online orders). They also asked me to pay before food since I wanted to step out to park my car. Very unusual. There should be a sink to wash hands. The bowl didn’t cut it because my hands needs sanitizing. I greeted a couple of homeless dudes outside. I don’t believe this food was worth $68. This is a review from a doordash driver. Having to be told it would be a 15 minute wait after arriving to what I thought was an already prepared order, I waited for the alloted time, and then came back to be told it was almost ready. I came in around 6:55 to 7, and it is now 7:30 as of writing this. The entire time, I only see 3 employees from my POV, but 2 of them were on their phones the entire time of waiting, and I cant get any help from them now that everyone is moved to the back, so I don't know how much longer it is to wait. I'm not grading the food since I am only picking it up, but I hope waiting this long is worth it...
