Specializing in a select few dishes that are perfected will likely resonate better with your customers. In terms of overall cuisine, I’d suggest taking the time to fine-tune your recipes. The waiting time is too long ( I was the only one on site, and may three or four online orders). They also asked me to pay before food since I wanted to step out to park my car. Very unusual. Having to be told it would be a 15 minute wait after arriving to what I thought was an already prepared order, I waited for the alloted time, and then came back to be told it was almost ready. I came in around 6:55 to 7, and it is now 7:30 as of writing this. The entire time, I only see 3 employees from my POV, but 2 of them were on their phones the entire time of waiting, and I cant get any help from them now that everyone is moved to the back, so I don't know how much longer it is to wait. I'm not grading the food since I am only picking it up, but I hope waiting this long is worth it...
