Pizza Time — Restaurant in Baltimore

The gentleman he is a VERY NICE I'm not sure if he's the owner or what but I usually get the cheese steak sub with provolone cheese lettuce tomatoes pepper and fried onions and NO SALT. Tonight I asked for a LITTLE BIT of extra mayo. I hate to say but it was a waste of money this time the sandwich was soggy slopped with mayo SALTY and I asked for hot peppers on the entire sandwich this time yet they weren't on there at all. I just threw the sandwich away because I do not like soggy bread 🍞 🤮. I thought I had found a place I could order from on a regular but I'm not so sure now 😔 UPDATE REVIEW; I RETURN THE OTHER HALF OF THE SANDWICH THAT I DID NOT EAT JUST ASKING TO TRANSFER TO ANOTHER ROLE THAT WASN'T SOGGY AND HE WAS SO KIND THAT HE MADE THE SUB ALL OVER AGAIN AND IT WAS DELICIOUS JUST LIKE THE OTHER ONES I HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED. Ok I’m giving it only 2 stars I ordered 4 orders of chicken and fries. Now the chicken was cooked perfectly but the fries were softer then wiz khalifa street cred! We found this place on Grubhub ordered it over the app it came pretty fast but overall it wasn’t that great... The best time to order from here is probably when everything else is closed or you your really drunk because the quality of it is not that great overall!! My driver was extremely nice but when he called me to come downstairs for the food I couldn’t understand him one bit he sounded like borat yes borat and he smelled like old spice and sweaty gym balls but like I said he was extremely nice with a pervert mustache and he was good at sign language.. so I rate this place only a 2 out of 5 and I probably will not order again. At the 2511 Washington Blvd location the customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered bacon on my pizza. They sent ham. When I called to ask for a new pizza I was told it was turkey bacon and that they don’t carry bacon. So I told the manager that it’s fine to not carry that product but not okay to substitute without explaining the situation to the customer. At this point the manager told me that I (a first time customer) should have known they don’t carry actual bacon and that they would not send me another pizza with a topping that I actually want (per the owner). I have included a picture of what they swear is turkey bacon because “we don’t carry pork products”. This is clearly ham and the manager was clearly full of it. I will never use this...
