Very disappointing! My husband and I met my 2 sisters and their husbands there to watch Road Dawgs play on Saturday night. Our waitress only showed up to our table ONCE and that was to get mine and my husband’s drink order and to take my credit card to run a tab. We didn't see her the rest of the night. When my sisters and their husbands showed up, they sat there a good half hour and then they finally went to the bar to order drinks. Keep in mind we got there about 6:30pm to eat before the band started at 8:00pm and they weren't all that busy before the band started. They had 3 girls working the bar and floor so they weren't under staffed either beacuse the place isn't all that big to begin with. If we wanted a drink, we had to go to the bar and order. We also cleared our table of dishes and empty bottles several times. And don't even get me started on the food. We had to go up to the bar and ask if someone would come to our table to take our order. When the food came to our table an hour later it wasn't very good. Not at all impressed with this place. If you're planning to visit this place also plan on getting your own drinks...
Read moreI went in on the 9th of september and I was completely blown away by Caitlin’s attitude and service towards guests. As someone who is a frequent visitor to many different bars and restaurants in the city I can say if Caitlin is still there, my friends and I will not be back. Caitlin was very standoffish the minute we stepped in the establishment, we were not greeted with a smile or any type of welcoming gesture just a “what can I get you guys”, made us very poor drinks, and instantly after our drinks were made she went straight in her phone and paid no mind to what was going on around in the establishment. My friend had asked Caitlin about food and she was very annoyed and acted like we had inconvenienced her to do her job, she rolled her eyes and and gave attitude with any questions we had about menu items. The entire time she was on her phone and flirting with whatever man walked through the door. Very unfortunate because The Willew has been a staple in my life for the...
Read moreNever have been treated so badly. I had my brother with me who is disabled, I had to go to the bar to get drinks which took me 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged, no one else at the bar waiting, I told the owner that I would take our drinks and menus over to the table and showed her were we were. I got our drinks and took the menus. No one acknowledged us to say sorry be with you ASAP. After an hour I had to beg to pay for my drinks another 15 min. Overcharged for the drinks, after begging to pay again. I took my disabled brother after not getting our order taken to McDonald's. 15 dollars for 2 high noon cherry, no food and ignored. Will not ever, ever darken that door again. It is hard enough to get a disabled person in and out of anywhere, so sad and harsh to be ignored. No tip, which they couldn't...
