Chipster's BBQ Grill — Restaurant in Bangs

Went to the food truck today parked in front of Fastenal. Ordered the brisket plate with double beans and another plate for a co worker.... First each plate was over $10! Second, there was 1 order in front of me a sandwhich and a plate... I had to wait 15 minutes in the blistering 105 degree heat... Why??? It wasn't fresh off the grill i coukd see the huge brisket on the cutting block... No one working there except the young girl that took my order was in a hurry...the man making the food sure toom his sweet time...oh also that over $10 a plate didn't include a drink....👀👀... Third, I get the food back to work to eat im starving... The beans literally had zero flavor very very bland... And over half of my chopped brisket was fat/gristle..it was gross. I will never get food from this place again. Def not worst the $$$ or the wait. Better off driving across the street and getting something made 12 hours prior at the Stripes... Disappointing to say...

We were looking for a caterer for our early afternoon wedding and could not be happier that we chose Chipster’s BBQ Grill. The people are so friendly and the food is phenomenal! We did a mix of brisket, sausage, and jalapeño sausage with beans and coleslaw. There was very little left over despite having more than we needed. Definitely recommend whether you’re looking for a place to grab some good bbq or needing catering...

Finally!!

I was able to get one pound of the most tender, smoky, juicy beef brisket in the heart of Texas! I know brisket is a big deal in Texas and I’ve been fortunate to have tasted some of the very best. This one is definitely top tier!! Keep an eye out for their location and get there early, trust me you’ll get your money’s worth and then some. I can’t wait to go there again and load up with delicious...
