Pressbox Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Baraga Township

I went in to the press box to order something to take home. It was around 7pm I seen about 2 customers sitting at the bar. I later realized one person at the bar was a employee eating their lunch. I sat their for about 10 min before my order was taken. I then sat their and waited , never seeing the waiter that took my order again. Finally after 30 min I got up and approached a different server and asked him to go check on my take out order. Yep just like I thought it had been sitting under the heat lamp . The hamburger was for my husband ,and I ordered a hot dog with fries . It looked good ! It was good and it left me satisfied. My husband loved his burger , he said that's what a burger should taste like. Customer service could use a Lil help. Other then my experience, I recommend the FOOD! the...

Sad, frustrating experience. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon with my husband and son to try the "endless wings" that they promote. Asked the waitress, "Do you guys still do endless wings on Sunday?" and she responded "um yeah, yeah we do". I said I would get the wings and asked what the options were. She responded, "Ok. What sauce do you want?" My husband said "Teriyaki?" She annoyingly chuckled and said they didn't have that. I said "garlic parmesan?" She responds with "Um, no..we dont have that either. We're not that kind of place. We have little sauce packets like ketchup, barbecue, ranch."

Horrible service. Never asked us if we needed anything and never gave us the bill. We had to ask for the bill several times. He said he would be right with us and never came back. Had to go up to the counter to be able to get ranch, drinks, and the bill. Had to go up to the bar to pay because he never came to our table. If I could I could give their service 0 stars I would. He was laughing with his other server friends and just walking...
