TripleBBarbeQue — Restaurant in Bardwell

This place was so good, I had to add it to Google for you! I had received a recommendation to try this place from a fellow Ennis resident. So over the Bardswell Lake bridge I went. Triple B’s is located in a food stand off Sycamore drive. It’s absolutely delicious! The brisket was tender, smoked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The barbecue sauce is the vinegar based sauce I adore. You can purchase it by the bottle for only $3. I now have the $3 bottle for future meals that I would like extra sauce on. The showstopper was the side called “Junk Beans”. Wow! Slowly cooked pinto chili style beans with loads of ground beef, sausage and more. This place randomly popped up for me and I was immediately intrigued by the affordable prices and good reviews (albeit only a few!). We stopped by this afternoon and it was so good! My husband got da oops potato and it was truly enough for like 2 or 3 meals. It’s HUGE! So much of each of the ribs, brisket and sausage. I got the 2 meat plate that came with 2 sides. I picked the brisket and ribs with mac and cheese and cream cheese corn. The corn was SO delicious! Ribs were great and the brisket was good too. My fiance and I had a friend visiting and he picked this place. It was a random bbq spot on the side of the road. We got the brisket Mac and cheese and it was pretty filling. It was nice and creamy and the brisket was sweet. Our friends had a mixture of bbq chicken, sausage, and ribs. Easy to say, all plates were empty. There is an outdoor eating area where you can smell the BBQ in the air. There isn't really a parking area. You just pull up on the dirt and grass.
