Came for their 5th of July celebration. The service was fantastic. Everyone was great and very attentive. We ordered the shrimp as a starter and they were massive. The Pico style salsa they made to go with it was surprisingly delicious. I wasn't expecting that much flavor out of a side salsa. They paired very well! I had the filet with asparagus and a Cesar salad. Everything was cooked to perfection. The steak was perfectly seasoned, but not like some places that concentrate on seasoning to hide a poor cut. You could still taste the beef that the seasoning complemented well. My girlfriend had the salmon, loaded baked potato and Cesar salad. She said it was the best salmon she's ever had. A little crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked and moist on the inside. We split a key lime pie which was fantastic. It was like edible art. Do yourself a favor and try it. It's unique and fun. The atmosphere, the bar, the service, wine select all remind me of an upscale Vegas restaurant, but with a down home feel. Quality without the hustle and bustle. We will definitely be back! Thank you BluPoint for such an incredible evening!

Read moreOUTSTANDING... We were celebrating our 40th Anniversary. From the time we came in through the front door until we left the whole staff made us feel special. We knew we had made the correct choice for our special evening. The atmosphere and ambiance were perfect. Everyone that interacted with us were very kind and accommodating . Our server was spot on and helpful. The food was OMG good... We tried a little of a lot of dishes. There is still so much more we want to try. Wife had the Blupoint salad and I had the Duo black tiger shrimp appetizer. ( shrimp cerviche & shrimp cocktail). It could have been an entrée in itself. Wife has became a shrimp cerviche convert..She had a Chilean Sea Bass with parmesean risotto. I had a medium rare Ribeye and loaded baked potato. It was cooked very well and was very tender. It was a nice cut of meat. Wine, margarita and even tequila made an appearance. The margarita was really good. We did do a deconstructed key lime dessert. We are making plans for another night very soon... Thank You Blupoint...

Read moreAnother fine dining establishment in the Fort. I invest a lot in dining at restaurants and can say I have a pallet for all variety of food.
The restaurant opened Feb 2025 and waited for the newness to subside. Like with any new restaurant in the Fort, jam packed for a while.
It is fine dining, but fine dining in the Fort does not necessarily mean dress to impress for everyone.
The restaurant is set up nicely and there is a private room for a large dinner party. Nicely decorated and good ambiance. I sat at the bar and had my meal and drinks.
From the pics you can see, I had a few starters and a few dishes to try. No, I did not eat all of them.
Priced like a high-end restaurant and service from the bar matched what you expect from a high-end restaurant.
Nit open on Mondays, like most if not all the fine dining in the Fort. Bummer.
The food was fantastic, the drinks were great, service to match.
If your pocket book can handle the expense, give them a try. Going out to impress,...
