3.10.22 :Update: Things seem to be feeling nicer here at this visit. The lady that took my order today was super nice and very helpful and they did a great job with my Calzone I got also! They even did the extra things I asked for such as cutting up the broccoli and chicken smaller! It was amazing and I really appreciated it so much!

3.01.19 So I decided to write another piece to the review I did a year ago... I am also not happy with my experience I had tonight as I called in an order... again the lady on the phone was super snobby and when I asked how long a delivery would be she said an hour wait... I asked how long if I was able to pick it up and she said 20 minutes... so I decided that I would be able to pick it up cuz I wasn't going to wait an hour... so I get there... dead as a doornail... for a Friday night... I walk in and there was like 8 people behind the counter and all just talking amongst themselves... I tell them my name to pick up my order and someone called for a pick up and the girl asked if they were still doing delivery and one of the girls said well we are supposed to be... and they all are giving each other a look and another girl there laughs and says I love how you all are so scared of him.... very odd that she said this but I go on out the door... I feel like they told me it was going to be that long because the one the delivers would have been upset to have to bring out to another place so late... but that is his job... anyways I get home and no dressing for my salads so sad times again for that.... idk I feel like there is so much good potential for this place and the guy there that I think is the owner I feel bad for... he used to be so happy all the time... he seems worried and sad now... I hope that the crew there isn't treating him poorly.

2018 The most part the food is excellent... have had an issue with some staff members at the counter with slight attitude... not all but like one or two only a few times when they are busy seems like they are annoyed I am there getting food for my family after I have worked 12 hours myself. Love the calzones miss the old fried mushrooms but everything else is super yummy and made the way you want it! First time coming here, definitely will be my last. Today me and my boyfriend decided to have a lunch date and try something we have never tried before and quickly decided on Milos as we were right across the street. When we walked in we were immediately greeted with a stank attitude from the lady in the front with brown hair. We brushed it off and ordered our food, a large buffalo chicken pizza and chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta, spend over $50...Wait time was next to nothing, but then they brought out our food, the pizza looked amazing but she brought out an additional pizza we didn't order. We quickly realized it was a misunderstanding (on their end) and my boyfriend went up and politely asked for a refund as we have other things to do and don't wanna wait for a remake. He was told there was nothing they could do and tried blaming it on us because "she asked us what size we wanted". Apparently there's only one size pasta which we had no idea because we haven't been here before. So I went up and heard them talking loudly about how it was our fault. I brought the pizza up and asked for either a remake or a refund and I was met with a snarky attitude which was then I lost my patience because wdym we can't get a refund for a mistake they made? Overall they were unprofessional screaming out the door and I will never go again! Milo, if you are reading this please tell her staff to get their miserable lives together. The service and staff are great, and great people. The food is... Okay. It's not terrible, far from it. But I think it says a lot that the best Pizza in town probably comes from the Gas Station across the street.

The crust is usually dry (not crispy. Dry.) and they tend to skimp on the red-sauce when it comes to pizzas. There chicken wings are usually dry and borderline-hard from being over-fried.

The chicken tenders are alright but if you get them in delivery, they'll only give you 1, maybe 2 containers of dipping sauce, which doesn't last long enough to be honest.

There is room for improvement, but because Barrington is a small town, and they have very little competition for delivery-services, Milos tends to sit a little too comfortably in a state of mediocrity. I used to love going here years ago, but since then it steadily declined to where they're at now.

If they do happen to read this, I hope they don't take it as an insult, but as a criticism. I believe they can be much, much better than what they are now. I'd like to see them be...
