For a couple of these reviews, you guys should really think. Shift change /is required/ and improperly done or taken too much time to do will get the employees in trouble, and once they start, checking out any customers can and will screw up the drawer, forcing them to take even longer to change shift because they have to recount what was taken from the drawer, thus making customers wait even longer.
A lot of the customers are actually extremely rude and horribly impatient. The staff is decent I suppose, and the food is overly oily, but alright.
Casey's in general however, does not care about it's employees and the A/C has screwed up at 3 times in this establishment in the two years it's been open so far. There's still melted merchandise from before.
The management system and highers ups need a lot of work and they are always out of something, bringing frustration to both angry customers and their employees who are stuck dealing with those angry customers.
