La Monarca — Restaurant in Bastrop

Went to the East 40 to help celebrate a friend's birthday with a large group. I was impressed with the building, and everything was closed except for the food booths and bar. We ate here, I had carne asada fries, which were awesome, with plenty of meat and cheese and perfectly spiced. There were several pieces of fat in the meat.
