Excellent coffee that is roasted in-house, good homemade pastries, friendly staff, and great place to plug in and get some work done all combine to make this worth the drive out east of town. I've tried everywhere else in Bastrop, and this is the best by far. Also, did I say the coffee is excellent? I've been a Starbucks junkie because it's the only place I can find that gets the coffee/sweetness balance right for their recipes without having to change everything. But, I like spending at local places, so I searched around and finally found this place. Their iced latte for the month of April was balanced perfectly.
