▪︎!!The waitress will make a scene if she does not see a tip on her tray when you pay at the table.¡¡▪︎ (We were not even all up from the table yet, as per habit-we leave a tip as we get up to exit the building. Just f.y.i.! ) September 18th 2025 4 p.m. We had not even all gotten up yet and were going to pay a cash tip. The bill got paid with a card. She didn't hesitate to start saying across the restaurant to other people leaving my table "no tip, what ! No tip" over and over. She drew the attention of the other customers staring because of the tantrum she was throwing! I told her we pay cash and she just kept on!! So disrespectful and ruined the atmosphere in the restaurant!! CUSTOMERS TURN ON GOOGLE TRANSLATE OR USE TRANSLATION EAR BUDS to hear what they say while around us in their language... the translation of what they were saying was so shocking!! (The waitress standing beside me already clearing my table and the lady in the chair at the table beside me; she was clearly with the waitress speaking in their language-I heard everything with my conversation google translate app!!) I went ahead and paid the tip because I keep my word!! I said I would and I did... however, the disrespectful behavior is unacceptable from that waitress. I've been told this happens often there now by many people. How sad!!! She didn't even ask nicely, she literally raised her voice and demanded a tip repeatedly. Now the restaurant workers won't say who owns the restaurant and won't give me the manager name. I reported the behavior yesterday but now they say today no manager here. So did I even talk to a manager yesterday? Probably not. Since they can't tell me a manager name or owner name .. then this review is posted to warn others. Oh, and for the things they said that I translated on my phone to know what they said, wow just wow! Not nice!! Also, you ruined your $20 tip for our $75 bill we got for 3 kids under 6 and 3 adults!! That's why you got $8 tip!! I took a dollar off for every rude comment you said!! You about talked yourself to a zero tip!! People don't have to pay a tip, that is a choice based on your behavior, service, and what you are saying in front of people! Be nice !! The food is good-ish... The service is horrible! There is one small sign on the back wall informing customers they will be charged $3 per plate if there is food left. Took my daughter to eat one night and the waitress hovered over the table as we got up to leave. The tray they bring the bill and change back on had about 55¢ on it, but I hadn't a chance to even stand up and reach fit my purse when the girl copped an attitude, did a pshhh and picked up the change tray and handed the to my daughter and told her "you keep"

Another occasion, my entire family gathered to have dinner... About 14 of us. One of my boys were seated at the end of the table so we all handed him or share of the check. He realized he left his wallet in the car and said "I'll be right back" the waitress blocked his way when he stood up and pointed at his pocket that had a $20 partially sticking out "you got money there" she said. My son laughed and said, I know... She followed him to the door and stiff and watched him retrieve his wallet from the car... There were 13 more people sitting there and she followed boy outside. Needless to say, we left a $5 tip. We are a family of servers and know how to tip, she only brought drinks and cleared plates and with that incident, she's lucky she got that. Hadn't ate here in over 6 months. Decided to give it another try while in the area. I had a bad experience last time i was in the area and ate here but I won't go into it. I went in at 1pm. Most of the food trays was very empty and some of the dishes cold. The place is REALLY worn down...booths look horrible...very unmaintained and floor was dirty.

The waitress in the front who is always behind the counter told me to follow her. She tried to sit me in a booth that looked like it was about to collapse so I asked her if I could set in a different booth. As soon as I did...she LITERALLY ROLLED HER EYES AT ME and said HERE. I never complain about wait staff but I honestly believe this restaurant has some of the RUDEST waitresses of any restaurant I've ever dined in. The Chinese girl that is always at the front when you check out has got to be one of the rudest I've ever seen that is working with the public. If you hate your job that much and hate working with the public GET ANOTHER JOB so the public doesn't have to deal with your rudeness. I checked out and she shoves the change at me without a thank you or come again or anything. Doubt...
