Me and my mom want some zaxby's chicken and it was around 9:00 PM that we wanted some anyways we pulled up to the menu to order and the lady that was taken our orders was not talking loud enough to hear and also didn't want to listen to us when we told her we wanted 2 orders of the (boneless chicken wings with no sauce on them) she try to say we can't have 2 orders only 1 and my mom told her we want 2 separate orders anyways we pulled up after we finally got her to hear us and it took forever there was a long line already and a lot of people waiting for their orders when we got to the window the lady that was taking our order I guess had to get a manager to take care of it because it was wrong and I video record most of the conversation and it shows that they had masks on and gloves but the bad part is is one of the managers I think in red had a glove on and itched her head when she still had the glove on and she kept it on the whole time while I was recording she started to get drinks ready for the next order I guess but she was touching things after she touched herself with that same glove touched her hair I don't think that's very sanitary but at least we got our orders right and yes the food is good sometimes when they make it right just thought I would let people know maybe they need to do a course on food and health safety with everyone in there just to make sure that they know what to do next time. Oh and I can't upload a video that is larger than 30 seconds so I guess I won't be able to show that the woman in the red shirt was doing what I said but it's ok I will send it to the corporate office so they know to do something about it. Read moreStopped at Zaxby's Batesville last night (8/3/22) to pick up a late dinner, went through the drive-thru and placed my order and paid. I was asked to pull up and my order would be brought out shortly, 25 minutes later and no food. I went inside to inquire where my order was and had to yell to even get an employee's attention. There were no customers in the dining room and no customers in the drive thru. Presented my receipt to a worker from the drive thru and they acted like they had never seen me. Another customer, who was behind me and was also ask to pull to a parking place, had also not received their food, and asked for a refund. A third customer had been sent to a parking spot and had not received his food as well. The night manager was requested to come to the front, after both of us explaining what our complaint was she did not offer an apology, she did not comp the meal or even offer a free meal for my next visit. The other customer pointed this out to her and at that point she offered an apology but only because he had pointed this out. If this is what Zaxby's has come to it might be time to close the doors. I will not be returning to this Zaxby's again. If the regional manager even reads this review, you might want to do some training...

I called to check in and the guy said it would be right out... we waited and waited and waited after 40 minutes I called back to check on our order and they said they was just dropping the cheddar bites... a couple minutes later a lady walks out not even with our food but to ask if we got our drinks, I told her no but I placed our order at 7:32 and called to check in. She told me they had to remake it because it had been sitting there so long.. Well idk why it was sitting there so long because I called to check in so someone could bring our order to us, everyone else around us is getting there food. I know you can see our car on the surveillance cameras and I called twice.. so why on earth was our food just sitting there... and when they finally brought us our order...
