Fat Jack's Pizza Findlay Rd - Lima, OH — Restaurant in Bath Township

I grew up eating fat jacks at west st. Location and it’s by far my favorite pizza. I thought my mom was crazy for saying she would never order from west street again and only gets hers from Findlay road. This was until I had the craziest customer service experience of my life at the west street location. I picked up an order that included garlic cheese bread. Got home and it was burnt to a crisp which is unusual for fat jacks. When I call they said they would credit me for HALF of a cheese garlic bread my NEXT visit. All of the cheese bread was burnt I explained. I asked if I could just bring in the bread in exchange for new (not burnt) bread. I WAS TOLD NO! That took me to a new level seeing as how that was all that my youngest child was eating for dinner that night. When I tried to reason with the manager that I was now speaking to I was told this is just policy. Didn’t eat fat jacks for 2 months but now I just go to Findlay road. Seems to me your policy is whacked and you need to teach some customer service techniques to West st. Employees. Mom my stopped going there due to quality of food. Ordered pizza and wings. As we pull in to pick up, my 4 year old had to use the restroom. Took her in as she is dancing holding her pee, the lady states that "they" aren't allowed to let anyone use the restroom because the door is broke. I pay for the pizza and tell my 4 year old that we will stop at the gas station down the road as she is wiggling away. Then she sarcastically tells me to have a good night. Ummm yeah, when she pees all over the seat it will be great. Right there tells me, they dont care about their paying customers as then I had to make another stop making dinner cold and a child who is holding herself crying on the way to the gas station. If my child didnt have her heart set on pizza I would have told them to keep it and not purchase because she had to use the bathroom and they wouldnt allow her to use theirs. Then I get home and my wings with extra mild sauce were bare, no sauce at all. Awful customer service, no sympathy for a child who has to use the bathroom and can't get the order right. Won't...

Fat Jack's epitomizes this genre of pizza. The facilities proper are older but well kept. And the cashiers are pleasant enough. As far as the pizza, they have all the types of toppings you could want and can have it out to you in short order. We don't typically get anything besides pizza but they have sides such as cheese bread and wings. JUST GET THERE.
