Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Call to place an order no one answers so I decided to get in my car an call while I'm on my way to there finally get answer when I pulling in to the pizza hut parking lot only to find out they have no large or med pizza crust only personal pan so I walked in to the store an there was a couple placing a order for a large pan pizza so I asked the young man that I think was the manger i thought yall didn't have any large or medium pizza crust so he goes on to explain that the crust have to be preped an I was also told I can only get the $10 meat lovers pizza that aired on tv that doesn't say anything about online order I was tolded I had to order it on line so I call pizza hut on government only to find out they have no wings was what I was told on the phone so I order my pizza from the government store over the phone they said nothing bout on line to for the $10 large meat lovers so I an placed a order for my wing at the airline store next to hi nabores.my wing were fine i drive all the way on government to pick up my pizza an the young lady was on the phone taking another order an I here her say they have wing the fryer is broke. I asked for pan pizza so she charged me a$1 more an didn't get pan crust I was very disappointed with these two store yall always have problems with deliverying orders correctly please get it together you guys sincerely...

I had ordered an extra pepperoni thin crust pizza for a little over 13 dollars. Unfortunately there was not extra pepperoni on the pizza and there were spaces in between the pepperoni. It looked a plain pepperoni pizza. I called to give feedback. The first phone call was answered after 4 rings then put on hold before phone was quickly disconnected. I called back to someone stating she was not sure what to do because she was new. I asked if she could take a message to give it to someone who could help then another person picked up quickly and stated that I received less pepperoni after paying for extra and there were no spaces in between the slices. When I said there were plenty of space between the slices, she continued to argue her point so I stated I would contact corporates and hung up. My husband stated they were very busy with two employees. I am more disappointed with the customer service provided over the phone than my order that was not prepaired for...

Unfortunately I had to leave a star to say how TRASH the customer service is. I just left this location and won't be back until something is done about your staff. I've never walked into any food establishment, got looked at from a few people and NOTHING WAS SAID. It was several people behind me and they didn't acknowledge us at ALL. Not even a "Hold On", First girl i saw was on a personal call and walked to the back. We were invisible like we had on cloaking devices.. At least the a young man came from the back and gave me a price for my order, but he couldn't cash me out because the mystery cashier was suppose to do it. Few more min later, Low and behold, the cashier shows up... Guess who it was? THE MOFO THAT LOOKED ME IN MY FACE ON THE CELL PHONE who walked to the back.
