I have worked in the restaurant industry for 18 years from dishwasher to manager and I have never experience service like I did first me and my wife came for the buffet but they were closed so we decided to give this place a try the host Asia was very nice she sat us and after about 7 minutes of not being greeted by a server I asked her did we have one she went to check and came back and said the server was too busy to take our order so she would do so mind you the restaurant have less than 20 tables in it so Asia took our orders went back to hosting still no server so Asia once again has to Leave the hostess stand and bring out our food no food runners or server the wontons were very crunchy but we managed to deal with it the general tso chicken was fried extra hard and fried rice was bland mind you Asia is leaving the hostess stand to serve us seat people and take to go orders while everyone else walks around like a chicken with its head cut off so I let the manager know how I felt he asked would I like a remake I said ok even though we felt like he didn’t care still no server by the way the remake never came out and Asia was concerned because she looked at our check and asked why they didn’t comp the ticket so she went in the back and got our ticket comped and we tipped her for doing so much she doesn’t need a raise she needs a better job because she was the only person who cared worse...
Read moreThe website to order food online was down and had a pop up message that said call to place an order. Called and waited 9 minutes on hold. Just to have the person to answer explain they cant place orders for pick up over the phone and that it has to be done online or in person. I explained that online was down and it directed to call. They said they would talk to their manage, 6 more minutes on hold they said sorry we have had too many people place orders on the phone and not show up if you want to come in that is the only way we can help you since our website is down. Then hung up. Decided that that experience isn't worth putting my money behind. I won't ever eat here now.

This sat with me oddly so I scrolled through to the other bad reviews and saw very similar mechanical writing and its got me wondering. Are these responses now replied with AI because they do feel very chat GPT like responses if you look. Just something I...
Read moreLocated inside the gaming area of the L'Auberge casino, the food and drinks here at Red Lotus Asian Kitchen are so unexpectedly delicious that I couldn't wait to dig in... which caused me to forgot to take pictures to post them! facepalm This just gives me another reason to go back (not like I needed an excuse).
Quality-wise - in my opinion - Red Lotus Asian Kitchen is on par with PF Chang's but at a slightly more palatable price point. Date night honors would still have to go to Soji Asian Fusion on Government Street but taste-wise - Red Lotus Asian Kitchen offers a LOT of bang for the buck. Really hope it sticks around for a while because it's going to be on my list of local favorites for a while! Easily...
