Lost my keys and was messaging people to look for them. Kinda staying in the area just in case someone might found them. Or wait for this car where I was previously parked (even asked them if it was a employee car) earlier would moved just hoping they would be magically underneath. Trying to look in my car and clean up my car. I didn’t want to disturb my landlord at 12pm.

Kid-Employee asked what I was doing and to move from absolutely non-legal parking spot (mobile app) to someplace else in the lot. No problem! It was late and I got lost working on business stuff and personal stuff. I have been in the hospital for 2-3 weeks. Not using their WiFi. Just journaling and catching up with life. So finished up with my business and move to another spot. Was only gonna hang there for another few minutes or hour considering the time flies. Just relaxing and would order something again.

The nerve of this manager and/or kid to call and lie to the cops and waste their time over a petty issue. I had no problems moving or leaving! Telling them I refuse to move and other bs! Completely unnecessary! And a total lie!

Manager was unprofessional, it was none anyone’s business what I was doing, and she hung up when I was a little upset with this. It was just completely unnecessary to call the cops. He did not tell me to leave just move to another spot.

I will never eat here again!!! It’s a biohazard anyways.

The most HORRIBLE experience I’ve ever had at any McDonald’s!!!! I ordered 2 med. fresh fries & when I received them both were not even filled to the front brim that dips low. I politely asked if she could give me an two fresh fries please (by the way she was rude when I first spoke with her & even more so the second time) she tried to grab the bag from my hands. I asked her to look at the picture on the board that displayed an order of fries, she refused saying she was being cussed out by a person in the drive thru & didn’t have time to deal with this too. Throughout this time I was given dirty looks, talked to & treated very disrespectful. I waited 4 minutes for my new fries & I didn’t mind, until she slammed my bag of fries on the counter & mumbled something walking away. I found out she is the manager!! Her name is -Yolanda - . Another manager, who was very polite, spoke with me & said if I called corporate the call would come back to their store & Yolanda would be the one to speak with them so it was pointless. I was also informed the fries are supposed to be ”fluffed” not filled. I’ve ate at many places & I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY A “PROFESSIONAL” IN MY LIFE; & in front of other customers...

Had an issue with the app on a mobile order which has happened before. I got the prompt to put in my spot number and the app crashed. I called in to say I’m sorry my app crashed and I was out in a spot which I have done before and they confirm it and bring it out. I have been frequenting this restaurant since I moved to the area 4 months ago and this has happened multiple times and it was handled without incident. This time the general manager said I would have to reorder and get a refund. I said that is not what I have done in the past and she said I was wrong and that’s not their policy. She then gaslit me and said I had placed the order for drive thru and I said that was a lie and I had chosen curbside pick up like I always do. I then asked to speak to a manager she said she was and I said she was being rude and I have never been treated this badly at this restaurant before. She then tried to confirm my curbside order and hung up on me when I confirmed it and said she was lying about how I placed the order.
