Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Battlefield

So I paid 50 dollars plus a tip for my 2 Philly cheese steak sandwiches some cinnamon bites and some Mac n cheese. When it got there they didn’t give me either of my icings that go with the cinnamon bites ( paid extra for another 1 other then the one it came with) there was no onions or green peppers on one of my sandwiches and the Mac n cheese was cold and turning into a brick like it had been sitting in a warmer for an hour before getting to me. Now I understand mistakes happen so I called them and they offered to bring my icings and another sandwich to make up for it and I thought that should be perfect then I get the sandwich this time with no cheese lol and they only brought my one of my icing cups but I should have got 2 cause I paid for and extra one and one is included with the cinnamon bites. So I tried to call back again and they literally hung up on me. Needless to say I cut my losses because Colby was obviously incompetent in getting me my order the way I ordered it. This photo is my face after realizing they messed up not once but twice in just 30 measly minutes. Definitely wouldn’t trust this establishment with my business...

(Ordered Italian sausage and received pepperoni instead) (Ordered Handmade Pan and received regular different style Pizza ) ( Ordered 5 cheese dip and it has been burnt more times than right and so little cheese you scraped with a fork to get some) give up throw it in the trash You say something one of the regular employees always saying machines are broken backed up ect ect Which I have footage of..... One employee fixed it for me and apologized (I have never seen that employee again) They will allow certain customers to remain at the pickup window when there are customers in line and have others move and tell you they'll bring it to you AVOID THIS LOCATION they need to clean house Hire proper management & employees that care about the quality of service and the way the food they serve customers tastes looks BECAUSE SOMEONE WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO BUILD THIS BUSINESS and just because it wasn't you (so it's no sweat off your back) doesn't give you the right to treat customers like this ever and run...

I left a review on here and it somehow got removed. It was probably because I left the funny poem on how they undercooked my pizza three times. Two of them were the same night and the third one was the replacement pizza for the first two.

When I called the general manager Daryl, he impatiently asked me what he is supposed to do about it. I told him he needed to just make my pizza correct. That's it.

Daryl began to yell at me saying there's not much he can do about it and pretty much told me to get over it.

I can tell you I won't order Domino's from Daryl again.

The customer service is horrible. they mess up my order almost every time. sometimes they don't even know where my order is after ordering it

My only advice is to order from any other Domino's except this one. The leadership there obviously does not know what it's like to nurture his customers and...
