McDonald's — Restaurant in Battlefield

I use this location because it's close to my home. Unfortunately, as a single mom, I'm trying to save time and money, but recently this place costs me more on both counts. I keep going back because I believe in supporting businesses close to home, and in hopes that they will surprise me by being quick, and getting my order right, but unfortunately I am disapointed every time. I stopped in last night, after my son's late ballgame, to grab something quick on the way home. There was hardly any business but the employees were running around like they were stressed out and like they had a house full of customers. My partially filled order sat almost 30 minutes because it wasn't yet complete without the hot cocoa I had ordered. When I finally said something, they offerred to take my name and what I'd ordered and give it to me free on a different day. I said if they couldn't fill my order they should have told me to start with so I could have gone somewhere else to feed my 10 year old son 30 minutes earlier. But then I find out my order had been sitting there behind the counter the whole time. Then they said they would remake it for me. I said I just wanted our food so I could get my son home to bed. This type of nonsense is the same thing every single time I go there, in various forms. While I sat and waited on my food I witnessed almost every order they took come back with problems. So today I go again, hoping last night was just a fluke, and the very things I order are now being cooked fresh and I have to pull forward to allow them to cook my fast food from fresh. This seems to only be adding to the issues this location already has. If you want fast food...go...

Well we got the im gonna take your money and then told me to pull forward and wait. Took more than ten minutes after we pulled forward. Didn't get staws or my ten piece chicken nuggets and one of my drinks wasn't right. Not a fan. Just about to stop trying to eat at Mcdonald's at all. Every time we go when you get your food most of it is dumped in the bag and you have to reassemble your food in the parking lot while you're trying to get out of the way because there's 15 20 cars behind you and people parked in front of you because the staff at any McDonald's is very very incompetent. Used to be a cheap place to eat as well it's not anymore I can go sit down in a restaurant order my food and have it brought to me and actually have a meal for about the same price and I don't have to eat in my car and get half my order wrong in fact I am done with McDonald's completely I won't ever eat there again. This location is the worst. My order is always wrong and always cold. I’ve been here several times over the last few years hoping that things might get better but it never does. I won’t be going back. The people are rude to me when I go in to complain and ask that my order be corrected. Managers are rude as well. I have worked in fast food before and it’s not that difficult to read a screen and put a burger on a bun but these people obviously can’t even do that. I’ve received chicken sandwiches WITHOUT the chicken, salads WITHOUT the chicken and plenty of other problems with my order. This location needs to be shut down and re-evaluated by corporate. They need new employees that have some manners and can make an order correctly. I wish there was more that I could do than just write this review because I know it won’t change anything.
