A very unusual place off the beaten path, with an unusual name for a Puerto Rican restaurant near the Cordillera Central in Bayamon. We stopped during a tour.
The food was ordered ahead of time and ready. In the picture below you will see a sample of the variety we got. The traditional rice dishes were very good, as were the maduros, and the guineos and yuca. The canoas de platano with chicken and cheese were also delicious.
On the down side, the tostones were hard as rocks and almost inedible. I was also disappointed in the barbecue as there was very little meat and too much bone. If you have barbecue in your name, this should be highlighted, not the lowlight.
