Red Chile tastes like tomato and chicken powder, corn starch, is as thick as ketchup and much more flavorful than the green chile, which to its' credit is better than the other green options 100 miles around. Southern NM chile sauce is soooo different than its northern likeness. Toasted tortilla means warmed, but timely. Over-medium-well means over-easy. Excellent Chile Colorado, popular Menudo. Best refried beans. French fries hand-cut per order, excellent within California burrito with Asada. Coffee almost always movie-delicious, hot, but not always well-serviced. Good burgers. I really like this place. The food is always good, and the service exceptional. The staff there are very smiley, and welcome me as if I was a relative they haven't seen in a long time, every time I go in. It's a very comfortable place to be. And I love the big windows downstairs. Two more of my favorite things about this restaurant: you can call to place an order for pickup of a breakfast burrito, and it is consistently ready by 10 minutes after I place the order.
