I’m reaching out to express my frustration with a recent experience at your establishment.

On a prior visit, I brought my ball python (a 3-foot pastel ball python—still a baby) with me. I understand this may be unusual, and I completely respected the owner’s reaction. She asked me to leave due to her personal fear, and I complied. Before I left, however, she told me I was welcome to return with my snake as long as she wasn’t present. I appreciated that understanding and made a point to respect her comfort.

Tonight, I returned to the bar without my ball python, only to be told by the bartender that I had to leave. He explained he was in trouble because, despite what I was previously told, the owner said that I’m not allowed to be there even when she’s not.

This is extremely confusing and disappointing. I was given one message face-to-face, but your staff is being told something entirely different. As a customer, I deserve consistency and clarity—especially when I’ve made an effort to respect boundaries and follow what I was told directly.

I’m hoping this can be cleared up moving forward. I enjoy supporting local businesses, but this kind of contradictory communication makes it difficult to feel welcome...
