First time here. We’ve been in the middle of the best taco places in California. This is by far the second worst taco truck we’ve been here in Baytown. And trust me we have searched all over the state. Let’s just say we’re a bit of taco truck enthusiasts. I want to believe we caught them on a bad day. But I will give it another chance and hope I can redeem my review. I gave it two stars because it has potential. I was looking forward to trying these tacos because of the suadero. However the suadero here is not the traditional chopped braised brisket that is typically served in Mexico city. Although it was tasty the texture was more similar to a beef birria/barbacoa. The tripa was also good. If you ask for the regular tacos instead of the mini ones the tortilla is freshly made. My husband said the burger was also really good & better than a lot of burgers he has tried from other places like this, with the ham.
