Padiddle Gourmet Donuts & Coffee — Restaurant in Beallsville

A coworker and I travelled up to PA from GA for business and wanted to take doughnuts into the business we were visiting. We couldn’t find any of the “regular” doughnut shops in the area (thank goodness) and a quick internet search turned up this gem. To get right to the point these were by far the best doughnuts I have ever had.

We arrived right as the owner was opening up shop. She was quick with a warm greeting and welcomed us into her quaint and cozy shop. We ordered a variety of two dozen doughnuts, a coffee and a chai tea. Since we had some time to spare we sat and chatted while she hand made fresh, warm doughnuts for the day’s customers. Upon arriving at our destination the doughnuts were quickly devoured and complimented to no end.

All in all this was a great find and I strongly suggest you stop in and sample the fare. I don’t think you will be disappointed. I wish this shop was located in GA. If I am ever back that way I will be back...

First time here and wow! My SO and I didn't know they closed at 1pm and got there at like 12:52pm. There was like a nice array of donuts left. Got 6. The woman was super sweet and not upset even though we arrived so late. Got our box and tried a few. Got the walnut honey, strawberry shortcake, peanut butter & chocolate, coconut, s'more and bacon with maple. My SO loved the bacon one and I loved the coconut one and I usually hate anything with coconut. Since we arrived so late we were worried the donuts would be stale and dry. Neither! It was like biting into a fluffy pillow of goodness! I highly recommend coming here and next time we will come...

Cool little spot. I arrived when the store just opened Sunday morning and an older gentleman greeted me and held the door for me. The ladies behind the counter were kind, courteous and patient. I hadn't been there before so it took me a minute to choose my selection of doughnuts. Very cool doughnut selection by the way. The ladies kept making doughnuts and told me to just holler out what I wanted once I knew. So I did and before I knew it my box was ready and I was in my way home.
