Ben's Place — Restaurant in Bean Station

When asked the waitress what was good on menu she responded nothing and we were better off going to McDonalds, Cheaper and better prices ? I was floored at her attitude and response. Skinny, dark hair, girl. Service from waitress we could tell she would rather be somewhere else than waiting her time taking orders. My son had to ask owner for refill on drinks because waitress was no where to be found. When we left waitress was outside smoking and on phone. Food good, waitress ruined...

I went for breakfast. I was a little concerned at first with the appearance of the place. Its what I call a little hole in the wall restaurant but it was recommended to me by a local so I figured why not. I got the big breakfast which is 2 eggs, biscuits and gravy, choice of bacon or sausage, choice of hash browns or home fries, and a coffee. Food was very good but the bottoms of the biscuits were burnt (that's why I didn't give 5 ⭐ s). Very affordable my bill was only $7 not...

Absolutely fantastic! My partner and I are on vacation from out of town and are so glad we stumbled across this place. My partner had the big breakfast and I had the pancakes with eggs and sausage, and I believe our bill (before tip) was like $12. The food was delicious and service was quick. The whole experience was really nostalgic for the both of us- reminding us of diners we ate at when we were little. Should we find ourselves in Bean Station again- we will...
