Hannah's Lakeshore Cafe — Restaurant in Bean Station

My husband and I ordered take out from Hannah's cafe' : steak tip dinner and mushrooms. We picked up the order, drove all the way home and realized they did not put the mushrooms in the bag. So we drive all the way back to get the order of mushrooms (after calling ahead to let them know we were on our way to get them), and when we got there (drive time approx 10-12 minutes), the mushrooms still are not ready and we waited another 10 minutes to get them.

Once we got back home we started eating the food and instantly we noticed a pungent odor from the beef tips. I only ate one bite of the beef tips but my husband had eaten about four bites before he said he couldn't stomach anymore of it because of the smell.

Moving forward, my husband has been very, very sick since that day (meaning big parasites in his stool, muscle cramps that don't go away, etc). Not sure what's going on with the food, how they cook it etc., but WE WILL NEVER EAT...

This a great place to go for the individuals who enjoys a laid-back atmosphere and the opportunity to enjoy the freedom to smoke in a restaurant. I understand the importance of a person's health and wellness, and appreciate the fact that you can eat in a smoke free environment but I feel a restaurant such as Hannah's is needed in every county. Thank you to the owner for giving people that smoke or enjoy the company of people who do, a chance to have a great meal and not worry about being frowned upon. It is no secret that smokers are welcome because it is advertised in the neighborhood papers and advertisements. Now that I have that out of the way, when my dad and I stopped in recently we were greeted by the friendliest young lady who went out of her way to make our visit very nice. The food was delicious and prices affordable too. I would definitely recommend...

Can you smoke while you eat? Not at home, I'm talking about an awesome restaurant with plenty of seating and the nicest staff you'll find. They have the best and freshest Seafood around, as well as many other items you don't cook at the house every week. Everything is home cooked and very delicious, all of it. My personal favorite is the all you can eat catfish. Anyway, they have specials every day, and they also give senior discounts. Regardless, whatever you like you'll find your new favorite here at Hannah's Cafe, so check this place out. Go out 25e and turn on Lakeshore Road, go through that big steel bridge and past the condos and you'll find them down there...
