This is a location that is simply unpleasant to be in. The entrance is essentially a backdoor, up a rickity old elevator that smells like ear wax. When you arrive, you are welcomed to a very unpleasant atmosphere. There's just... Stuff. There are nice things on the wall, fitting for the style that it seems they tried to go for. But there's several areas of the restaurant that just have a lot of junk in it. We went on a Sunday, which means they only had the buffet. And the buffet was... Adequate. Great chicken, okay fish, and a sad salad bar. The server was great. Although, there was only one. But they did a great job.
I don't know how it is when you are able to order food there, so I will leave it this review here. I did not like this place. It felt like entering someone's basement...

The small tenderloin was big and looked good. Fish looked good. Packaged tartar sauce. I'd make it home made and play it up big time to go with the river theme. Don't know if that's economical though. Food is good enough that this place should be packed...
