Hill Top Pizza — Restaurant in Beattyville

Man let me tell y'all I was in the woods for 3 days with my friends lost on the Kentucky hardtrails, we got stuck, broke a CVV. Engine leaks. We ended up lost climbing mountains and crossing rivers and crawling in and out of a cave. We were covered in mud looking for something to eat other than last night's squirrel and cliff bar. Then we see it, "Hill Top PIZZA" and we whip into that parking lot like Vin diesel, got ourselves a chicken bacon ranch and Buffalo. Along with 2 large cheesesticks. I didn’t even get as far as order my meal because of the rudeness given just over the phone. I’m not local to this area and with their not being much I settled for pizza as soon as I called I was greeted with hello hello? Then hang up I assume sure I lost signal I call back and she could hear me great! Not so great that when I asked what drinks and sides they had she says coke products or ale 8 I ordered a sprite or 7up beings in the moment I couldn’t Remember what one was a COKE product. She said so you’ll take a sprite because that’s a coke product. I agreed. Then she tells me my total then proceeds to say well it has to be over 25$ And hangs up - not so...

It's like the only pizza place in the area-besides the "over-priced tourist attraction" in Slade. I wasn't impressed. My bf liked it though. I thought the dough should have baked linger. Bf did agree to that. I also got a salad---what a HUGE disappointment. I get it-its a small pizza joint-limited salad ingredients. I told them I wanted everything(veggies) & ham. It had like a TEASPOON of diced green peppers(for a Lg), lil bit of iceberg lettuce, couple shreds of cheese,-honestly can't remember if anything else, but I did only pay like $5 I believe. Next time, I'll go to Boonville to the BP and get the Supreme for $12 since a local turned...
