Kajun Seafood & Wings Lucas — Restaurant in Beaumont

Kajun on Lucas just pissed my soul off 😈 I call in a order for boiled shrimp I go to pick it up and its cold because I had to wait in the drive thru for 10 min, so we asked if our shrimp was going to be hot and of course the lady Lied and said yes, she makes us pay then gives us our food and of course we check, I get her attention and say that my food is cold and she tell me that they are not, I assure her they are and ask if they can drop them in the water for at least 1 min she says "no" I ask for a refund she said no I ask for a mgr and she said no😈 well at this point I was to the idgaf attitude and said I bet no one get hot food in this drive thru because im not moving, she ran and got the mgr then...... he comes and tell me im lazy because I could have walked in and it's not their fault he's not refunding my money, I then tell him im not moving he says he's calling the cops I tell him to go right ahead because they will make him refund me, he then gives in and say I will refund u and he did and when he gave me my refund he said "get your ass out my line" I didn't care because I got my...

I ordered 25 JUMBO shrimp for $25.99 that includes 1 egg, 3 potatoes and 1 corn. I added an additional corn, so my total came to $29.53. When I received my food, I thought the container was kind of light. So I quickly opened the bag that was full of grease and included a long black hair outside the container. Omg!! These people tricked me, the shrimp were not JUMBO, they were more like small/medium. It was so bad that I had to laugh. I asked the young lady at the window if these were jumbo, she grinned and said yes. She immediately closed the window. I had to knock on the window to ask for garlic butter. The potatoes were rock hard. The shrimp had no flavor, and floating in grease/butter. The egg and corn was all I ate. I called for the manager but was told he wasn’t there. Food is decent for the cost, the only reason this review is a 2 star is because on several occasions I call in with a number that is out of city and I get left on hold for more than 10 minutes that I hang up and go elsewhere. I am originally from the Dallas/Fort Worth area but I'm in Beaumont due to work. Since this restaurant is like 10 mins away I would figure calling my order in then picking up would be an easy and cheap solution for lazy days. Turns out its more of a hassle to get someone to answer the phone and take my order than to just go elsewhere a ways away.
