Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Beaumont

I sat outside the drive window with two separate employees on the other side having a conversation for, I swear to God, 14 minutes. Both employees looked at me several times and ignored me. Monday July 10th at from 8:18 pm to 8:32 pm. When I ordered for a simple hot and ready it took over 11 minutes to receive my pizza. When stacked on top of the original 14 minutes I felt like I couldn't called a different pizza place and then driven over and picked up my pizza. I waited so long I just turned my vehicle off to save gas. Then an employee stuck his head out the window, gave me a nasty look and said *what chu want" as if I was inconveniencing him. when I told him I already ordered he returned with a Lukewarm pizza in a soggy box. I really felt like they just wanted me to give up waiting and drive away so they didn't have to work. This was without a doubt the worst service I'd ever received at any food establishment and was so bad I decided to leave my first review on any business. I don't expect much from lil ceasars but I do expect a pizza place that serves an item called hot and ready to have the hot and ready be hot and ready quicker...

This was my first time to this location. From the person on the phone, to picking it up myself... on point service overall. I ordered the 3 meat 9.99 special and it was ready when i walked thru the door... said 10 minutes I was there in 9... it was ready. The employee offered red peppers... grateful, I totally forgot to ask. Lobby was clean, well lit, and you could smell the goodness. If you're staying at a motel, close by... off 11th street... Google takes you threw the neighborhood... less lights, i think there was only 1. The other way... from Wyndham Beaumont, there are 4-5 I believe. Good job google. Great job to the crew at this Little Caesars. The pizza was great... the dough was on point, toppings on point. Thank you for the great, inexpensive, fresh pizza for dinner. Also, there's a "drive up" pick up window as well. Noticed after I went in and was backing...

The guy at the store took my order wrong and gave the wrong Pizza and when I reordered it I still didn't get the right pizza and they got rude with me, the management came out and did not resolve the issue I ended up with a pizza that I did not eat. This is the Concord store and I've never received good service there, but for some reason I went back. Needless to say I will never be back to the Concord store and I probably will never be back to another Little Caesars due to that experience because I've wasted my money I did not even get to eat the pizza because I never got the order that I wanted. I can't eat a bunch of bread so I ordered thin crust pizza and I never got my thin pizza they gave me some regular pizza and management would...
