Subway — Restaurant in Beaumont

The owner need to clean house and get rid of all the workers. 3 workers all with bad attitudes and are very combative. I went in around 2pm in 7/13/19 and my sandwich was being made incorrectly. I ordered the subway club which has 3 meats; turkey, ham, & roast beef. The employee with glasses placed all four slices of turkey on one half of the footlong. I asked if she could place the meats evenly across the entirety of the sandwich. That’s when she, and her other two coworkers became extremely combative saying thing like: “we make our sandwiches different at this location and if you want your sandwich made a certain way you need to say so.” I asked if they were trained to do their jobs and they became loud and told me I should have stayed home and made a sandwich. These employees need to be fired because they do not care about how they represent this company. I will continue to press the issue about this at that subway location until all three employees are no longer there. The main one with an attitude was the older lady named Chanel. Her attitude and customer service was horrible and the other two younger ones fed off...

3rd time here this week (I work locally). First time: no issue. Saturday: The guy working rolled his eyes when I walked in and I said "Sir this will probably be the easiest sandwich you make all day" he said "hopefully its the only sandwich I make today." Today: we walk in to the same guy working. I say "Hi! How are you today?" He replies: "I cant make anything. Our computers are down (mind you I can see the welcome screen)". I said "that's ok! We will pay cash." He said "no. I was told not to make anything." My husband said "Well you could put a sign on the door man." And he snarkly replied "my manager said not to bc it chases away customers" I know... It makes no sense. He obviously doesn't like his job and doesn't want to work. We will not visit this...

People working seem to be in their own world here. I came in 03/01/24 12:15 pm and the only one working was the lady. There were two other boys who seemed high tbh, or maybe just sleepy. One of them was making my sandwhich and was so slow and passive aggressive. Put like 3 pieces of each toppings and after putting Mayo tried to “toss” the bottle and it ended up in the tomatoes. He put the sanwhiches in the bag without wrapping it properly so by the time I got home they were all over the bag. I bought a sandwhich not a “bag salad”. The receipt didn’t have the boys name but I wish he gets fired. Why work if you don’t wanna do...
