WARNING.............LONG..... Review... DONT...waste your time or your money. I picked up my order and when I got home I did not have some of my rice. I requested rice instead of salad and was told upon placing my order that this was okay without an additional charge. Mine you this has happened once before but I let it go without making a issue but this time I called back. And was told that normally when you don’t want salad this was definitely alright. The young lady I was speaking said come back I’ll give you the rice I said that’s not possible I am getting ready to do online training now. I asked can I come at a later date and for the inconvenience can I get only that order for FREE (order total $23) she said absolutely not I’ll give rice when you come back. So I said you would rather loss a customer that has been coming approximately every other week over some rice. She responded no FREE food. I then asked her name and was I speaking with the person that makes those discussions, she said yes but she doesn’t have to give me her name. My response was mam you are Absolutely correct and I DONT have to spend any money ever there again. So I’m giving them a negative 👎🏾 review....

They charge you for card transactions without telling you for any purchase amount. They have it posted on a very small sticker on the bottom of cash register. If you decide to cancel its another card charge. They quoted me a price to add shrimp to my rice...had to request my receipt and realized they charged me twice for shrimp.. that they charge for basically 3 tiny shrimp to go on each two scoops of rice. If you tell me one price to add shrimp then seemingly not give receipt yet charge twice the amount just seems to me that you are trying to take advantage of people in the area with these oh by the way indirect charges. And most businesses will charge a card fee for minimum purchases that they will have very visually for customers to see. But a card charge for any transaction is not right. It's not like there food is unforgettable It's just convenient for me cause I'm in the area. You can get fried rice or salty chicken anywhere in...

HONEST…REVIEW: service is some of the best for a fast food restaurant, you ask for anything and they got you. big portions for a good price, especially the 7-inch pork chops and salt and pepper gizzards! THEY GOT A NEW MENU(picture below) food is cooked to order meaning if you call in your food will be cooked when you get there, yea it’ll be a while but they are always packed and you gotta remember 15 other people also called before you,so would u rather have hot food or soggy food thats been there 20 minutes…not perfect but totally worth it, too each...
