Emma's Frosty Kreme & Pizza — Restaurant in Beaver

We've always loved this place- gone for years and it seems the quality has really gone down hill. I don't eat red meat often but the burgers definitely aren't real anymore- the young people working there don't seem to know what they're doing or have much respect either. I notice they leave people standing longer than they used to as a result as well. I'm very unimpressed with the quality and cooking of the food now. Haven't had the chicken but I'll ask about it next. Never getting one of their burgers again and honestly I have half a mind to say something because we've felt like we wasted our money the last two times we've gone bc of this. I'm sorry but if it's not real that's a 2$ burger not 6$! I can't believe this is something we even have to worry about. Trust and believe not every country does. But we as a family do not consume dyes, bioengineered, or lab made foods and we appreciate disclosure about these things. I asked about the milkshakes once before this because it doesn't taste as real anymore either. For those who don't eat processed foods, our taste buds notice these things. I asked and got looked at like I was crazy. She had no idea how to respond to what products they use or if the milkshakes have changed. It's a question for Emma herself I'm sure but these are important questions I feel the staff should be able to tell people - or at the very least appear helpful and try to get the information or someone who has it. As at least one comment that I’ve read was absolutely correct, I’ll typically write the review after I’ve received the food, but since the little girl at the cash register when I walked in had an horrendous attitude I decided to write the review pre-taste, before I even walked in you could tell this little girl wasn’t going to be the best attendant, she had her face balled up at me before I even got out of my truck, and she didn’t even ask if she could help me, I’m 100% I’ve never met here and she’s never met me until this night, i literally drove over three hours from Cincinnati after making a stop in Dayton to visit my mother and my wife mother just moved to this little town from Waverly, I proceeded to show this little girl a photo of what I seen when I googled mapped their restaurant and she of course have nothing but attitude telling me that she do not know what that dish was so I showed her the page to ask was I at the correct establishment and she said so I asked could she get someone who may know what it is that’s in the photo and she huffed off with the most ridiculous attitude as if I’m bothering her while she’s at work, luckily a wonderful lady came and immediately knew what was in the photo with an astonishing attitude, and great customer service which is why I’m giving three stars. In such a small town in southern Ohio, Beaver,,,you will not find a better place to eat at at Emmas comes your pizzas Italian subs, steak sandwiches, spaghetti French bread and on and on and on it’s all good and some of the best I have ever enjoyed in my lifetime for many many years and I will keep enjoying as I have been all my life, she’s my friend. I can trust her with clean environment, clean workers, clean food can’t get no better than that.recommend her to anybody including the president of the United States.
