Sully's in the Valley — Restaurant in Beaver

Not good service at all. I went with my husband and 2 children for the first time and we went to the ice cream bar to see the options on display assuming thats where they would take our order. A woman was standing there being served. One girl intentionally gave her the wrong order because she couldn't work the soft serve machine and the woman said something- then a man inappropriately pressed himself against the girl from behind to show her how to use it and even she looked uncomfortable and wiggled out. We looked at the ice cream and decided. A blonde with short hair just stared at us all that time and finally asked as we waited if we were getting ice cream. We said yes and she said the lines back there. At least 10 other people had walked in after us. I said we've been standing here for 10 minutes?? She just stared and I told them I wasn't going to wait back there- she shrugged. Her body language and work ethic was extremely dismissive and extremely lacking in competency and initiative. Apparently the same can be said for the other girl "helping" the older woman with the soft serve too. No respect or value of the customer. No regard for people who haven't been there or need help deciding with children. Traditionally you are served at the ice cream bar. And they looked at us like we were dumb and shouldnt be there. I'm sorry is this a private club or something I'm not aware of??? Won't...

We were in Beaver for a funeral and looking for a place to grab a bite to eat before driving home. I wanted something we can't get everywhere else or at home. This place was charming! It was a jump back in time with decor, music and even the "silent" TV playing Gunsmoke. Staff were helpful and friendly to out of towners. Menu had a variety of mains and sides plus ice cream! The table has real napkins and S&P shakers that work. Pepsi products, if it matters to you, and no adult beverages. My hubs ordered Bacon double cheeseburger and tater tots then 2 scoops of butter pecan ice cream in bowl. I ordered 8" pizza with onions in the sauce, pepperoni and mushrooms and a side of pickle fries!! OMGosh!!! The pickle fries are AMAZING! I wish I lived closer but it's a good thing I don't 😁. The food was all steaming hot on arrival to our table.. Literally, My hubs had steam coming out of his burger after the first bite. Atmosphere was great.. Music was oldies and Chantilly Lace and Great Balls of Fire and the like played loud enough to hear but not so loud you couldn't carry on normal conversation. My only wish was for more kick in my pizza sauce 😁 but it won't stop me from returning if passing through this area of Route 32 again. It's across from a Marathon gas station so of you're near Beaver, Ohio and need gas... It's only a couple miles off the highway. PSA geta double order of...

Stopped there after a baseball game the other day and wanted to try something new... got a b.l.t. sub, b.l.t. pizza and a salad... the sandwich and salad was ordinary but good...I liked the bread they serve on their hoagies, pizza was great, medium thin crust advertising brick oven, crispy on the bottom fluffy light inside, smokey bacon... fresh crispy lettuce and tomato...I think they were a little understaffed at that moment some baseball games were letting out... wife ordered a lemon shake up that arrived after our food which was about 20 minutes... shake up wasn't anything to write home about but not bad in any sense... just average... I think the cashier just couldn't get to it due to the fact she was putting Togo orders together and taking orders so not anyone fault in particular... we weren't in a huge hurry so it really didn't matter to us... everyone did seem to be working hard... probably just missing one staff member to help do odds and ends for a couple hours... overall pretty good... probably just get a pie Togo...
