McDonald's — Restaurant in Beaverdam

First of all, they're hardly open after 11pm. Always closed for short staff issues. I get it, but you know that town there has nothing in it, food wise, at night. Subway closes at 10pm, Flying J shuts down after a certain time (their food, i mean), Thirstys bar is good, but they're only open here and there.

What are people who work 3rds supposed to do, or drivers coming in after 12 hours on the road supposed to eat? Sure, pilot has a subway grab and go, and they have hot dogs and cold foods, but no real meals, let alone a sit down place for late night drivers or workers, or people on the highway.

The few times I've been there their service is lacking, greatly. Never get orders right one body i ordered two chocolate milkshake at 1130pm, along with other food, and my order was ready at 1142pm. They said they hsve to refund my shakes because they stop serving them after midnight. I'll repeat, it was 1142pm. Not midnight. Then as I sat in my car eating, I saw two people walk out... with milkshakes. Plus a couple employees walking out with them. Ok then.

I know they may not get great business at night, but it has to be decent enough. I get there are lazy people on nights that dont want to show up, dont want to work at all but get that check. But man, they really let you down when they're closed.

This isnt owned by Pilot, this is leased only, so I never domain to the pilot workers at night, they have their own BS to deal with. Just wish McDonald's could get it together and stay open more often at night when I'm coming through which is about four or five...

I went in there was 6 or so people standing in the lobby for a noble waiting to order from the registered. We still there for approximately 10 minutes. Tell a girl came out to give somebody that order who ordered off of the chaos. I asked her if Someone was Manning the register and she said no you have to use the chaos I asked if the register was broken. She said yes Then no and I had to use the chaos. I said I don't touch them because there's a cold eye and all kinds of bacteria on them and she said you Have to order from the chaos I said if the registers is a broken. I'd like for you to take my order. The manager came out and said we only have 3 people here. If you can see you have to order from the chaos I saw a 4 people there. And nobody was up front I then asked of girl to claim the chaos for me. She said OK she was going to go and clean it and the man you're Lisa said no we're not helping him. I asked for a district number Lisa said she wasn't giving it to me. I asked for a supervisor's number or district or owner I didn't care. I just wanted a different number than what was on the website. I will never return to this nor will anybody I know come to this McDonald's worst experience in my life that "-un" manager needs to go. To PR training. She really needs to get fired she yelled and screamed and front of at least 10 customs. I admit I was loud but she was in the back on where they prepped the food so I had no choice but to yell I'm not allowed. Man I like quiet peace and tranquility and she was giving none she has...

I should have known from the way the disrespected the elderly gentleman in front of me that this was NOT the place I should have had dinner. All he wanted was fries and 4 staff members jumped down his throat for trying to get their attention since no one was at the register! On to my order🤦🏽‍♀️ all I wanted was fresh food. I’m pregnant and haven’t been able to eat and finally had an appetite. My entire order was old and the staff refused to correct my order. They argued me down that I ate the food because I gave my baby 1 of the 10 nuggets before I discovered they were just as old as the fries they had me wait for because my original fries were COLD. I had to send my husband in the get the order replaced because their attitudes were so bad I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. They were again rude to him and tried to say we “were trying to get over on them to get free food and they were not replacing it because the fries were not in the bag they came in (because I took a picture before returning them) We didn’t ask for anything extra, only freshness like we paid for! The little loud mouth stud and the big backed manager needs to be retrained! While my husband was waiting on our food. Four more people came back into the store, wanting fresh fries because their fries were cold as well. I don’t think it’s too much expecting fresh food when you’re paying for it but luckily this is our first and last time coming to this McDonald’s I’m really just about to stop eating McDonald’s at this point because I am so sick of...
