I've been searching for such quality breads for YEARS! This morning, Dana made our day with the first delivery of PURE DELICIOUSNESS... In just 7 minutes at 400F, you will get the most crispy from outside and the lightest/fluffiest/most airy buns you have ever tasted. We should have doubled the order because even the crumbs will not make it to Sunday (it's Friday evening :). Looking forward to exploring other selections and repeating the current ones! THANK YOU!!! Dana's Breads are simply perfection! I hosted a full house of guests this weekend and placed a large order of various breads, which was a huge success! They simply couldn't stop raving about it and, of course, eating it :)

The sourdough is the best I've ever had! The dough is risen with Dana's sourdough culture only—no yeasts added at all! There are no other bakeries within miles that bake genuine 'by-the-book' sourdough like that, and it is tasty!!

The Challah is simply heaven in your mouth! The breadsticks, the knotted buns—unbelievably airy and yummy!
