The younger male staff was very knowledgeable about the food and made my sandwich to order he made sure to get it right on his half of the station not just assuming things like his older colleague did which I didnt like his assumptions which was effecting my order I was asking about an item I couldn't remember he assumed that was what I wanted and started making it so I just went with it he also assumed it was a full order and also assumed what type of bread I wanted he just picked it and started the order he also was starting to toast it I had to stop him I did tell him I was just enquiring but since he started it I would go with it but he needs to let the customer decide not him railroading the customer once I got past him it was good from there the younger male handled it perfectly he needs to teach his colleague how to get to his level of service he may be younger but he is much wiser in his customer service skills I am big on customer service the food in the end was great but the start of my customer service was far less than great so for that reason alone is what...

Read moreI really like Subway and order via the app to pick up on my way home from work. This Subway has NEVER even started my order regardless of when I ordered and paid to pick it up. I have to wait in line to let them know I’ve preordered and prepaid. They make a statement about being busy and they have to find the order and then mine gets placed at the end of the line for preparation even though I’ve typically ordered and paid 30 min prior. And they act like I’m inconveniencing them by ordering ahead. Even though this is my closest subway, it is more time efficient to order at a different subway a little farther out that is able to manage orders placed ahead and have better customer service.
