Today we stopped at the Subway store at 14731 W. Pennsylvania, Bedford, PA 15522. The state requires all employees to wear masks inside public places, and the masks are to cover noses and mouths. So my wife and I were astonished to see all four staffpersons were wearing masks over their mouths but not their noses - almost as if they were doing it as a formality. My wife politely suggested that they fully wear the masks, They didn't reply; instead, they rolled their eyes, looked at one another, and continued on as before.
