The Mayor's Corner — Restaurant in Bedford Township

I have received poor customer service in the past, but this time I can't let it pass without commenting.

I called to order food over the phone. The woman started shouting to somebody else apparently at the location, "Rachel that isn't right. That's not right". She got back to the phone where I was patiently waiting for her other conversation to be done, and she said to me, "Okay, Thank you" and hung up.

I called back and I told them that I was hung up on. She tried to breeze past that fact and move on to another topic. I came back to the topic and reiterated, "How did that happen? Who hung up on me?" She responded, "Can I take your order?"

Not even addressing the issue? Not even an apology? What horrible customer service. There's no...

Ordered a pizza and salad from there. Told them what I didn’t want on the salad and it came with it anyways. Called and they took our name and said we have a credit for a free salad next time. Called tonight and ordered and they called us back and said we can’t have a free salad all we can have is $2 off. Mind you I threw away a whole salad last time because of stuff they put on it. Excellent pizza! Salad's are always fresh. A large salad I can split in-between a few people. Great prices for being in the middle of no where and the only close place to go when you need something fast. They do have a gas pump. Outdoor seating area. And an outdoor window for orders. Due to Covid only so many people can go in. I have never had to wait. Fast and...
