BLUF — buyers beware: do not use the app to order from this restaurant, because you won’t know if everything that you ordered is available until AFTER you’ve given them your money and arrived at the restaurant to pick up your order. Worse, they won’t refund your money nor will they substitute a like item. This so called “fast food restaurant” is quite possibly the worst place restaurant in the Bedford area. The main reason why my family and I decided to order from there was because they have an app that allows you to order and pay ahead of time, so all one has to do is go inside and “skip the line” to pick up your order. The first issue they have with this option is that the menu is never updated with what items are available and which ones are “sold out” or unavailable. To add to this problem, when a customer orders an item(s) that isn’t available the restaurant doesn’t inform them of such. Further, when this occurs the restaurant staff doesn’t refund the money spent on said items, nor do they substitute a like item in its place. So, bottom line, this restaurant is stealing from the customers. This exact situation has happened to me on multiple occasions. For instance, on one occasion I ordered three cherry turnovers for my wife, son, and myself and when I arrived and picked up the order, the turnovers were not in the bag. Upon inquiring about the missing turnovers the staff told me they weren’t available, so I asked for a refund. They told me they couldn’t refund me for the unavailable items. So then I asked them to substitute the cherry turnovers with apple, to which they responded they could not do that either. So in that particular case they essentially stole my money. On another occasion, the very same issues occurred, but this time instead of turnovers it was the Reese’s cookies option that is on their menu. The first time this happened to me, I simply chalked it up to poor customer service and terrible staffing issues. However, when the exact same experience occurred approximately one month later, I could no longer believe that it was a “one-time phenomenon” and I’m positive that it has happened to others.

We spent $35.00, to receive bottom of the pit curly french fries cold and not 1 complete fry, meat thickness on three different sandwiches 1/8 of an inch not thinly sliced but deli thick. Proceeded to label me Karen, and big man wanted to come at me for the criticism of the employees not doing their job. No excuses. First and last visit to this incompetent store. BTW As we pulled up to drive thru 6 or so emps standing out back having a smoke break guess they were upset we ruined their break. Only 1 other car in the lot. They rcd' their order when I came in to return the fries. We were heading down the road when we discovered the sandwichs. 4:13 pm Sunday, August 24,2025 JUST WOW! And not in any kind of good way. CSR TRAINING NEEDED.

This was not my first visit at this Arby’s location, but it was definitely my most memorable. I have never witnessed a fast food restaurant as busy as this was that day. The drive-through was so backed up and remained so the entire time I was there. There were so many people waiting in line at the counter to place their orders. I didn’t know if me and my friend were going to be able to place an order. Some people had been waiting nearly 20 to 30 minutes for their food. We decided we would go ahead And wait since we had nowhere we had to be and we were in no rush. Everyone in the restaurant was polite, courteous and understanding. I’m not quite sure why everyone decided to go there that day my friend and I were going to eat inside, but seeing how there were absolutely no tables available, and it was extremely loud we decided we would take our food to eat. I have to admit, even after all of the waiting and all the people it was the best Arby’s food I had ever eaten. All of the workers were very dedicated to taking care of all of the customers. They were so polite and very determined to see that everyone was taken care of all of the orders were complete and as ordered. My food was so fresh and delicious. They went way...

My most recent visit was horrendous at 330 in the afternoon the stores assistant manager not only screamed at me and called me names but had a no trespass order filed through police dept. Why you ask because they were closed for the 18th time this week for system wide computer issues. I asked for corporate contact info so that I could complain about it always being closed for one reason or another. She told me I could go online for the owners information and she completely refused to be nice or cordial she was rude and obnoxious. I even gave her my name to which she told police that I again only asked for corp phone number to place a complaint. She did tell me to never come back and now I can't for 1 year mind you I eat here at minimum 5 times a week. She even comes out the door and chases me out of the parking lot screaming and cussing in from of 20 other cars that won't get any food either after waiting forever to be told they refuse to help by simply writing down an order instead of putting in computer. I have never been so...
