Breez ice cream parlor — Restaurant in Bedford

I went in with my sisters on Sunday July 27. We were celebrating my recent graduation and having fun. We have been here before, and it was very nice as usual. I made sure my two younger siblings were respectful and nothing was out of line. We sat down to eat, and we were watching silly videos and having a good time while my younger sisters were singing to the radio. ( we were the only ones in there so no one was getting disturbed) Then a couple minutes later the employee comes around and says "can you calm down please!!" Very loud and directed towards a twelve year old girl. We left very respectfully because of obvious misery that was just put on us. If you don't want anyone having a good time there, then put a sign on the door that says " no fun allowed, or singing, or joy". That simple. 🔥🔥Ice cream hits though. The ice cream itself was delicious. It was clean and well kept. The service left a lot to be desired though. No greeting. No eye contact. Both employees were on their phone constantly. We stood to order, four of us, and one employee helped while the other stayed on her phone. While being checked out they were on their phone. No “thank you” or anything either. We sat inside while we ate and watched multiple families come in. Same thing. They continued to be on their phone in front of customers and did not help them until they were done on their phones. Ordered a combo meal with a bag of chips. The good by date on the chips was 2023, over a year later they are still on the shelf for people to eat! Looked through every bag of chip on the shelf and they were all out of date by at least four months! The person working there acted like it was no big deal. If their chips are over a year old and they are not concerned I am afraid of what other food they are serving that is out of date.
