Jiffy Treet — Restaurant in Bedford

Food was good and the drive thru line was fast. I like going there because they have ice cream all year round, and as I said before it tastes very good. The only drawback, such as it is, is that they couldn't add a French silk pie mix in to their cyclones. But they do have plenty of other mix in so it's not that big a deal. The staff is friendly and it didn't take long once you place your order to get it, and the prices were reasonable. I've been there twice since I placed this review and both times they have screwed up the order this time we ordered three things and they messed up two of them. I'm not sure what's going on but somebody's not paying attention. The manager or the owner needs to talk to the employees a little bit about paying attention and listening when the order's given. I ordered a blue raspberry slushie and got a shake, I ordered a cyclone with strawberry soft serve and a cookie dough mix in and got vanilla ice cream. I made sure to repeat these orders twice. Fundamentally, the soft serve Cyclone was good. However, the service is a total joke! They need to hire people besides a bunch of Damn High School kids, because the service sucks. Twice, my Wife and I went there, and twice they screwed the pooch on my Cyclone order. The first time, it was supposed to be twist ice cream, and it was made chocolate. The second time, they (amazingly) got the flavor of soft serve right, but instead of Heath and Milky Way, I got Heath and Three Musketeers. How on Earth they can get this wrong, when I actually watch them write it on their little pad of paper, is beyond me unless they are paying more attention to their phones, or B.S. ing with the other High Schoolers they work with. Today 8/9/23 At Jiffy Treat Bedford — Strongly encourage everyone to avoid going to jiffy treat in Bedford! I literally drove to town to get dinner. Arrived home to discover No chicken sandwich, order completely wrong! They put a 6 in hot dog and cold fries in bag!! Called and the manager simply offered for me to drive back into town and they will give me the chicken sandwich that I already paid for , for free….. 🧐how is it free when I already paid for it and never received it. She was so sorry, she said our employees are under 18 and our system is not working right, so our orders are wrong sometimes. Gas is not cheap.. all I got was sorry,but we will give it to you for free😡 she did put the blame on the customer and said I should have checked my bag before l left!!!
