Jeremy and his family are amazing. From the beginning, Jeremy was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry. We worked together to create a perfect wedding menu. He is so flexible with any ideas you have or last minute changes. We had our tasting and my husband and I were hooked. In between the tasting and the actual wedding day he was still quick to respond if you have questions. The day before the wedding he came to the venue and we sorted out final details. The day of the wedding they worked as a well oiled machine. Everything was flawless. The food was absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend the baked potato bar. It was an extreme hit at the wedding. We had no complaints what so ever about the food. The cost was also extremely reasonable for quality and quantities you receive. I also used the bartender services. They were so sweet and came up to me throughout the night to check-in on me. I couldn't have picked a more perfect company for my wedding services. SpitfireZ made our Luau a massive success! We had the most succulent, amazing pig stuffed with Hawaiian stuffing and carved poolside. It was piping hot and delicious with no leftovers to be found!

We also asked if the chicken could be the famous Hawaiian 'Huli Huli' spice and it was NO problem for SpitfireZ. It too, was succulent, spicy and completely devoured.

Jake and DJ were onsite for delivery and carving and were a perfect addition to the party. This was not their first rodeo and the setup was done in a flash and with great professionalism.

Special thank you to Justin for spearheading the entire event and being one of the most gracious and accommodating vendors I've had to pleasure to work with. He met all our Hawaiian requests and more and we had a perfectly customized successful event.

Spitfirez catered my sons wedding and did an amazing job ! 180 people at a remote barn venue without a kitchen… not an easy job. they grilled chicken on site and it was amazing. We received so many compliments on all the delicious food they prepared for our guests ! There was more than enough food -lots of guests made second trips through the line and we still had more than enough. The staff was super friendly and kind and very quick!
