Beemer Cafe — Restaurant in Beemer

This is a good, solid Mom and Pop style restaurant. The food is good, the prices are reasonable, and the service is fast. I especially appreciated that the onion rings weren’t greasy at all! They were a little over-breaded, but I’ll take that over greasy onion rings any day. My burger was just like a homemade burger, and I would stop by here the next time I’m in the area over trying something new. The server, who I think is the owner, was SUPER sweet and fun to talk with.

The way I rate things, five stars means literally THE BEST; I’m definitely not putting this place down in any way. Have I had better burgers and better onion rings? Yes. I also wish Beemer Cafe had pop on tap. But all things considered, the pluses far outweigh the minuses here, I look forward to coming back, and I would feel comfortable bringing guests to eat here. Running over at the last minute, closing soon and got held up in road construction. Called in an order for 2 tenderloins and an order of FFs. They said the pork loin was baked. I said that would be a nice change. They said they would wait for me after I explained where I was on the road waiting for the pilot car. Got there with a couple of minutes to spare. Then stood there talking about where we were all from, waitress originally was from CA, owner had been in the Phoenix area for like 50 years and I had just moved to the area from LV. Fantastic cafe. Great small town cafe. Bunch of older gentlemen sippin' coffee, talking about this and that sets the atmosphere, but the food is as real and genuine as it gets. Everything was made to order and tasted like mom used to make.

It's a bummer this cafe is not the biggest boomer in Beemer...or maybe it is. Either way, hope to...
