I paid over $100 for my order. Almost everything was wrong! It said it would be done in ten minutes it took over 30, only to get home and find out we were missing 2 burritos. I had to go back and get them which took another 10- 15 minutes. Then we we got back realized that 2 of our burritos didn't have any green chile on them. Also I got a burritos with a side of green chile and a 5oz side of green and it was the same amount? It was barely enough for one. The potatoes were still raw in some of the burritos. I asked for crispy tortilla on 3 burritos and didn't get it on any and 2 were on the ones that I had to go back for so you would think they would TRY to make it right. Also I ask and put in the notes if they could label the burritos with names like they used to do but couldn't today. What an awful experience. It sad that some places don't take pride in the product they serve and that not one person could count to make sure everything that a customer paid for is in the bag. It clear they don't care about the customers...
Read moreGood grief they were busy! At 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning, probably a dozen and a half cars between parking and drive-thru. I could only park because one car was pulling out as I was pulling in. The register printer was down, so they were furiously hand printing out orders on napkins so the line staff could assemble food. I do not remember the manager's name, but she was doing a tremendous job leading her staff to get food prepped and out the door and window. While she was leading her staff, she was also taking orders and payment from both the drive-thru and the walk-in customers. I could tell the staff was a little bit stressed, just because of the sheer volume running through the store at that time. But crew attitude and communication was all positive. Visible smiles on all staff. Bottom line, an accurate and delicious brunch order consumed back at the casa. Thank you...
Read moreI'm used to having to wait 10-20 minutes for burritos here. I'm even used to the burritos themselves being exceedingly expensive - but they're good, which has kept me coming back.
But to wait for 20 minutes, pay $11 per burrito, have them mess up the order and force us to go back in to correct it and then just throw the already made burritos STRAIGHT into the trash? I was astonished.
In my opinion, if they make the wrong order, they should allow us to keep the additional ones for free. Not our fault they wrote/made the order wrong.
But even if they just fixed the order and gave the wrong ones to employees, that'd be fine as well, since someone would benefit.
But to just waste food? Just throw it right in the garbage when the only problem was it being the wrong order?...
